Are you ready to ‘Stomp The Yard?’
Fieldbounce are thrilled to host Stomp The Yard dance competition on 5th May 2018. The unique dance event incorporates all styles of dance in a showcase like no other.
The competition will take place during the early afternoon and will involve dance schools from the North West and Midlands regions. Applicant age catergories range from 9 years and under to young adults.
Stomp The Yard will be run by Chloe Yeomans, a local dance teacher with over 10 years experience in the industry. Chloe’s own dance school ‘Chloe Elizabeth Dance’ regularly enter regional dance competitions. Chloe believes ‘providing performers with the opportunity to compete at a music festival alongside well-known artists will be an amazing opportunity’.
The dancers will be judged on their; technique; performance; originality and musicality. Successful performers will be in with a chance to win some amazing trophies, gifts and cash prizes on the day.
Shawn Melusi, CEO of Fieldbounce said ’Stomp the Yard will add a unique element to the festival and will also be a chance to manifest our local talent’.
